The impressive Ducati models Diavel, Multistrada 1200 and 899 / 1199 Panigale rely on the powerful Melco engine control unit from Mitsubishi. But that’s not all – our development partners at Tuneboy have enhanced the ECU with a cruise control function. By simply reflashing the ECU software, you can use this cruise control function. Activate cruise control while driving by briefly tapping the starter button, and switch it off just as effortlessly by applying the front brake, clutch or rear brake.
But that’s not all! In addition to the cruise control function, we also offer a quickshifter and blipper function for Ducati models with Mitsubishi control units. The quickshifter allows you to shift up the gears without using the clutch by briefly interrupting the combustion of the engine. To complement this, we also offer our Blipper function, which allows downshifting without using the clutch. By briefly opening the throttle, it effortlessly synchronises the transmission with the next lower gear.
